THE STORY OF ZAPOTITLAN SALT

Where an ancient sea once covered the land, natural salt wells remain. The salt is harvested by hands of local, indigenous salt farmers and has been for generations. The salt is cleaned and packaged by local families in Puebla, Mexico. Our mission is to expand their audience in order to help them preserve their homes, families, and heritage.
